CHEYENNE

Finally, I brought my F100 to life. I bought it a long time ago, yet I've never owned a lens for it. How silly, right? I picked up a cheap little 35-70mm from work and gave it a go. A few weeks ago, my best friends got married, and I made quite a lot of photos there, but I haven't shared those photos yet.... Those are for another day. But ever since that weekend, I have been so inspired to use the camera.  On a whim, I bought some Portra 800, texted Cheyenne, and before long we made our way downtown. I couldn't be happier with the results. Her and I always make a great team.  I can't wait to make more pictures.

(Just realized this last frame ^^ was shot with the Mamiya 645 Pro. I have a few more frames from it, but I enjoyed working quickly with the F100 moreso. )

FUN FUN FUN FEST X

As it has been every year for the last 6 years that I've attended/shot, FFFFest was an absolute amazing weekend. Here are some shots that didn't make my official gallery! For more, check out the music tab <3

ACL WEEKEND ONE

This past weekend I was granted the opportunity to photograph for Austin Way Magazine! I couldn't have been more excited to check out the first weekend of one of the best music fests out there, featuring artists like The Weeknd, Tame Impala, Gary Clark Jr., Disclosure, Halsey, and many more (those are just a few of my favorites, there were so many more...). Due to work, I wasn't able to photograph on Saturday, but I will be out there next weekend all three days to make up for what I missed!! Here are some of my favorite photos from Friday and Sunday at Zilker:

See y'all out there next weekend! <3 <3

STARSCAPES IN JOHNSON CITY

Last night, I did my first attempt at starscapes and photographing the milky way. I took a drive out with my good friend Carlos to Johnson City, Texas, where it is DARK AS HECK to play with the new Pentax K-3 II and boy, was it wonderful. Great dynamic range and great color. Can't wait to work with it more!!
